How can I migrate to ChaChing without disrupting my current subscriptions?

We know how critical your subscriptions and invoices are to your business, that's why we built our migration process to be as easy as possible while also collecting all the dependencies to make sure there is no interruption. Simply connect ChaChing to your Stripe account by providing a secret key, we then begin to copy over the customers, products, tax rates and everything else needed to duplicate the subscriptions on ChaChing. Lastly you'll have the ability to review the data before you cancel the subscriptions on Stripe.

Do I need to change my payment processor?

We currently only integrate with Stripe. We don't want to add more burden to your business process by also requiring you to change your payment processor.

How are taxes handled?

We allow you to create tax rates within ChaChing as well as import them from your Stripe account. We will be supporting Avalara in the near future as well.

Question 4

Can I create invoices?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, you can create manual one-off invoices and send a link to collect payment. Subscriptions will also generate invoices based on their renewal date.

Does ChaChing support a custom payment page?

Yes! We know how seamless the Stripe hosted pages can be and we believe our custom payment pages are just as easy for your customers. We also offer different integrations to suit your needs.

Question 6

What about revenue recognition?

We are actively working on our reporting tools and additional compliance such as ASC 606 and IFRS 15. We hope to also offer webhooks in the near future to help you make real-time updates to your internal calculations.
